Agreements entered into through skiwellgear.com are governed by Dutch law. This does not affect mandatory consumer protections or access to courts available under applicable law.

Where the statutory withdrawal right applies, consumers may cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable European consumer law.
