SkiWell Terms of Service

1. General

By using skiwellgear.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. SkiWell is based in the Netherlands.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. SkiWell reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example where fraud is suspected, subject to applicable law.

3. Prices

All prices include VAT where applicable. SkiWell may change prices without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of your order is binding for that order.

4. Intellectual property

Content on skiwellgear.com, including text, images, logos and product descriptions, is owned by SkiWell or its respective rights holders and may not be used without the relevant permission.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SkiWell is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage caused by misuse of products, and liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

6. Withdrawal, returns and faulty products

Where the statutory withdrawal right applies, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Our voluntary 30-day return policy and the process for damaged or faulty products are explained in our Refund policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts available under applicable law.
